The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) (IAM@HHS) provides HHS with comprehensive Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) services in compliance with Government-wide standards for secure and reliable forms of identification and authentication. The Program combines Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (FICAM) and security requirements with best practices creating a large-scale, collaborative program that provides strategic direction and support for all ICAM-related initiatives at HHS. As Government-wide guidance and HHS policy dictate, IAM@HHS adopts the necessary features to maintain secure and responsive systems. This BPA covers HHS HQ including all Operating Divisions.
